Ecotone is looking to recruit a Supply Chain Manager for the BNL to provide additional support to the supply chain function to achieve sustainable & profitable growth. 

The Supply Chain Manager will lead the BNL supply chain organization, which covers “plan” & “deliver” activities.  They will be a member of the BNL Management Team, (developing, reviewing and maintaining an efficient OpCo business strategy to facilitate the cost-effective, end-to-end flow of products from suppliers to customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage, develop, build, and coach a team of 5 direct reports, 
• Direct all supply and logistics policies, procedures and activities to maximize the efficiency, reliability, timeliness and cost effectiveness of the end-to-end supply chain, 
• Represent the end to end Supply Chain in the BNL leadership team,

• Direct all activities involved in materials planning and control, procurement, inventory management, storage, warehousing and 3PL management from receipt of forecasted replenishment needs to delivery of finished product into finished goods inventory and delivery of products to customers,
• Direct and lead the S&OP process in the BNL business to deliver a reliable volume forecast enabling the right supply of goods from the suppliers to achieve industry relevant service levels with minimal inventory levels,

• Own, Oversee and manage the SC  budget,
• Monitor performance of all supply and logistics activities: monitor a range of KPI’s and measurement against these to ensure the highest level of performance and minimizing supply chain risk,

• Research, negotiate, maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate relationships and contracts with external logistic suppliers, going out to tender when required,
• Liaise with key functions including customer services, commercial, production planning to ensure supply and logistics strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall objectives,

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards,
• Lead the BNL savings program (F4G) to help improve the business performance,

• Proactively manage Obsolete stocks to minimize business impact.
