We are looking for an experienced Senior Trade Marketer to strengthen our Sales Department and promote our Clipper brand. You will develop and execute trade marketing strategies and promotional campaigns, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Category Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans and promotional calendars.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to create shopper activation campaigns and retail promotions.
• Analyze category trends, customer insights, and POS data.
• Manage relationships with key retail partners.
• Optimize promotional investments and measure ROI.
• Develop and deliver effective sales tools and promotional materials.
• Monitor market activity and competitor actions.
• Align all trade marketing activities with Ecotone's mission.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in trade marketing, preferably in the FMCG or natural food industry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Passion for sustainability and a strong connection to Ecotone's mission and values.
• Fluent in Dutch and English required; additional European languages are a plus.
