These are your tasks
As a PLM System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. Additionally, you will write and maintain user manuals for the tools, manage document management and approval workflows, conduct random audits to validate data coherency and robustness, and train key users. You will also support reporting needs and maintain user manuals to ensure optimal use of the PLM system. Furthermore, you will manage projects and tools to standardize processes and ensure consistent work practices. Finally, you will engage in periodic meetings with key users to understand their needs and provide support.

What we ask of you
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both third parties and internal teams. Your experience in the food industry and your affinity with ICT systems will be essential in this role. Please note that this position is for one year only, and we want to ensure transparency in the job description to do the right thing.
Key qualifications:

Knowledge in food technology and nutrition;

Knowledge of databases and computer systems (no programming skills required);

Strong attention to detail and accuracy;

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and SharePoint;
