Ecotone is looking to recruit an HR Assistant (24 hours per week) for the Benelux.

Purpose of the role HR Assistant:
As a member of the HR team of Wessanen, your mission is to be the co-pilot for your population of the entire HR employee life cycle - Hire to Retire.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate, organize and support employee engagement 
  • Support the local implementation of global HR projects
  • Provide support throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Support recruitment process and offer process
  • Responsible for a smooth on-boarding and off-boarding.
  • Support Learning and Development initiatives, identify development and training needs, implement the action plan related to the group policy.
  • Manage the company cars together with Leaseplan
  • Lead the local Diversity and Inclusion initiative I’m In
  • Support B-Corp certification
  • Responsible for local communication with employees to ensure an optimal employee experience. 

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a high paced environment with a broad scope of tasks and responsibilities
  • A people enthusiast who loves to organize events and help people
  • Excellent attention to detail / accuracy: maintaining quality and speed
  • Excellent organizational skills including time management
  • Proven supplier management
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills 
  • Excellent influencing skills: strong commercial knowledge and quickly able to establish credibility and respect with all Managers
  • Act as a role model for the organization, leads by example 
  • Works collaboratively:  solutions focused and getting things done mentality.
