We are looking to recruit our EU Manufacturing Director to take a systematic and a continuous improvement approach to drive our manufacturing performance to world class levels for our 9 factories.

The EU Manufacturing Director provides leadership, expertise and support toward excellence in manufacturing management for all Ecotone’s sites ensuring a rigorous governance, adherence to agreed standards, providing trainings and developing solutions and programs to improve manufacturing performances.

The role requires working within a complex manufacturing network both at plant level, as technologies differs significantly, and culturally as the sites are spread all over Europe.

It involves influencing a cultural change as well as a technological upgrade and make it all sustainable. 

He/She will liase with the Chief Supply Chain Officer, the Operations Directors and the Board to secure consistent results and the development of a deeper manufacturing culture within the whole organization.

Travel Requirements : 50% - only in Europe

Experience/ Technical Skills :

• Total experience for 20 years in FMCG industry, preferably in Food & Beverage
• Manufacturing knowledge in world class manufacturing plants; experience in TPM/Lean manufacturing implementations in multiple locations
• Management of multiple/ remote locations within Europe with low-medium-high manufacturing maturity environments
• Track record of Value engineering, cost performance and restructuring strategies
• Previous experience in upgrading maintenance systems, strong knowledge in improving product Quality systems
• Experience in driving and upgrading safety frameworks
