Location : UK, NL or other countries where Ecotone has subsidiaries.

Languages : English speaker, another european language an asset.

 

We are starting from scratch and on the hunt for a brilliant Global creative lead who can lead, inspire and step change our entire Global Clipper Team creative thinking and communications plan.

 

You will need to help define the role & shape the future of our creative strategy into one of the best-in-class creative comms plans in all the land.

 

We want Clipper to become a true challenger of the tea & infusions market globally and drive Clippers FAME to the next level so everyone knows about our brilliant Tea & Infusions.  

 

If you have a passion to do good in the world, care about important topics such as biodiversity & Fairtrade all whilst drinking lots of tea and making jokes about cute animals in nature, that'll help too. We genuinely want to bring the joy of drinking Clipper to life with our consumers!

 

Here's just some of the fun stuff we'll need you to do:

  • Ensure our creative strategy & approach supports our business & brand strategy for Clipper
  • Create a strong creative thread & identity that is implemented and delivered consistently across all local markets
  • Be a brand custodian and help define the creative guardrails for Clipper across the business to ensure our local teams are sticking to them. 
  • Help define the scope of this new role and oversee the operational side of things. Ideally you will come with and have an extensive black book of brilliant and best in class creative freelancers you can work with (designers, copy writers, animators etc) to help you deliver the creative vision. Initially work with them on a freelance basis with the vision to bring the very best ones in house. (You get to choose your own team and build from scratch) 
  • Connect the outside world with our internal teams and inspire creativity across the business bringing a strong creative and growth mindset to the team
  • Find the right balance between quality and quantity. We have a lot of requirements across the markets going through the global team and need to deliver against the needs of the business, but this should never undermine the quality of the work.  
  • Help identify potential partnerships with other brands that connect to the creative strategy and bring it to life with consumers.
  • Connect and work with our 2 in house local social teams (UK & Germany) to develop and deliver a step change in our social content and delivery
  • Manage both internal & external relationships to deliver the best in class creative work for Clipper

A bit about you…..

  • You have loads of experience of building and leading creative teams at a senior level, whether that's in-house or in an agency environment
  • A strong sense of vision and self starter attitude
  • A really strong understanding of the Clipper brand, personality & tonality and what makes us different to all the other tea & infusions brands
  • Outstanding creative judgement. You'll have a natural eye for making things look and sound amazing, and be ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in when needed.
  • A curious and strategic mind. You're someone who challenges (in a nice way) and is always trying to get to the heart of the consumer and challenges we need to solve. 
  • Plenty of experience working on complex creative challenges
  • Knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts 
  • A great presentation style. You'll know how to convincingly sell in ideas and concepts to various stakeholders and across different markets
  • Top notch communication skills and the ability to build great relationships with everyone you work with
  • A genuine passion to do good in the world and cares about fighting for important topics like biodiversity, Organic and Fairtrade.
  • A fun loving sense of humour who seeks the joy of life in every day. We quite like laughing and having fun round here. 
  • Loves drinking Tea!
