We are looking for our Head of Controlling for Germany to Co-Pilot of the German DACH business with the General Manager. 

Reporting to our Head of accounting & MSO controlling, 

- You act as business partner for the local management as first point of contact for controlling topics

- You are responsible for actual, budget and forecast processes of the Marketing & Sales Organisation

- You monitor the revenues, profitability and cost. You produce dashboards and corresponding reporting

- You drive process improvements and run projects to improve or standardize processes

- You analyse the business performance and proactively bring hot topics to the attention of the relevant owners

- You contribute to the European Finance community with your analytical expertise

- You report to the European Head of MSO Controlling with a dotted line to the General Manager

- You will manage a small team supporting the Marketing & Sales Controlling function

Your profile: 

- You have a university degree with a focus on finance or comparable vocational education

- You have successfully acted as Business Partner for management on strategic and operational finance topics for at least 5-10 years

- You have experience as a teamleader managing a broad variety of local and international stakeholders

- You work efficiently in Excel and Microsoft Office environment

- You are skilled in SAP FI/CO and ideally experienced in Tagetik

- You are fluent in English & German language

The position is located in Bremen, occasional travels are expected.
