Today, we are looking for a PLM System Administrator (F/M) on a permanent contract.

 

Position overview: We are looking for a skilled and dedicated PLM System Administrator to join our team at Ecotone. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments across the company to optimize our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes, ensuring data integrity and providing support to key users. You will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving the quality of our product data and supporting the smooth operation of our PLM system. Key responsibilities: As a PLM System Administrator, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. You work closely with both internal teams and external partners, supporting data integrity, compliance, and user adoption. Your responsibilities span process optimization, user support, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure the PLM system meets business needs.

  • Functionally administer the PLM system and provide first-line support to key users.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and third parties on technical aspects, such as recipe and packaging management, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Develop and maintain user manuals and training materials for PLM tools.
  • Manage document management and approval workflows to ensure seamless progression of data and documents.
  • Conduct random audits to validate data accuracy, coherency, and robustness within the PLM system.
  • Support reporting needs by preparing and validating data for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop (or possess) a basic understanding of related workflows across departments—such as artwork approvals, product specification, and supplier management—to ensure correct PLM data management and manual preparation.
  • Apply strong data handling skills (primarily in Excel and PLM) and a basic understanding of HTML/XML when checking or correcting forms (no coding experience required).

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Food Technology or nutrition background is a must.
  • Strong data handling skills, with proficiency in managing and validating data in Excel and PLM systems (no database management or programming skills required).
  • Affinity with ICT systems and willingness to develop a basic understanding of related workflows across departments (artwork approvals, product specifications, supplier management).
  • Strong attentive to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
